不銹鐵是不銹鋼的一種。不銹鋼為什么不生銹,那是因為內部含有鉻元素.整個不銹鋼體系分為四大類:第一:馬氏體不銹鋼:直接添加鉻,磁性,熱處理型的不銹鋼.熱處理可以生成淬火高強度馬氏體,并具備針狀微觀組織.第二:鐵素體不銹鋼:直接添加鉻,磁性但不進行熱處理的不銹鋼,鐵素體相往往存在著.第三:奧氏體不銹鋼:含有鉻,鎳元素,非磁性,不進行熱處理的不銹鋼,奧氏體經淬火后,變的非常堅韌,延展性好,且強度相當高,第四類:沉淀硬化不銹鋼(雙相不銹鋼):這一類鋼即包含馬氏體,也有奧氏體的存在.價格方面,不銹鋼普遍比不銹鐵貴。俗稱的不銹鐵就是非奧氏體的不銹鋼,它們具有一定的磁性即不銹鐵指的是有磁性的不銹鋼,不銹鐵的金相組織是鐵素體和馬氏體,通常所說的不銹鋼的金相組織是奧氏體.民間稱馬氏體不銹鋼和鐵素體不銹鋼即為“不銹鐵”.
不銹鐵與不銹鋼相比主要是在于是否含鎳!不銹鐵一般是指日本的SUS430,國內為1Cr17,主要化學成分為:C:<0.12,Si:<0.75,Mn<100,P:<0.035,S<0.030,Ni:<0.60,Cr:16.00-18.00為鐵素體不銹鋼。
不銹鐵是含鉻而不含鎳的,也成為Cr不銹鋼,就有一定的防腐蝕能力!不銹鐵不是俗語,通俗認為具有鐵磁性的不銹鋼,我認為主要指1Cr17(鐵素體)系列、1Cr13(馬氏體)系列,而Fe以奧氏體形式存在時不具鐵磁性。文中以Ni/Cr區分容易誤會,雖然它們導致了Fe的同素異構。但Fe、Ni為鐵磁,Cr為順磁性。高性能軟磁材料1J系列很多是Ni基。
而不銹鋼是既含鉻又含鎳的,由于鎳屬于較穩定元素,那么它的抗腐蝕能力自然要比不銹鐵強很多!
由于鎳的價格較貴,所以從成本上不銹鋼要高于不銹鐵,再加上抗腐蝕能力的差異,不銹鋼價格比不銹鐵高出1/4~1/3 (僅供參考)
